Kalai Jadid
Post Office opened: date unknown. Registration cancel. This is the only example I have. It is on a cover where the other marks are from November 1932. The standard "western style" cancel on the stamps gives the place name. The date on the registration cancel seems to have been completed in manuscript.

Unknown cancel in viloet. Patterson ("Afghanistan: It's Twentieth Century Postal Issues") refers to a violet seal type military postmark: this could be it.
